They charged me $800 to send a demand letter to my insurance company. I never heard from them after that. They never respond to emails or calls. Every month they attempt to charge me the same amount through my bank and I block the automatic payment. They think that meeting with them once will cost you $800/ month forever and ever. Very unprofessional.
