Called in December to set up an appointment to complete a will through my employer sponsored MetLife program. The individual couldn’t answer any of my basic questions everything had to be run by the lawyer, which is annoying but understandable. Once she discovered I was using an employer sponsored plan for the Will the person on the phone just seemed uninterested and short. I was told the attorney would contact me back, which I figured was a lie based on this interaction. Here we are about 6 weeks later and still no call. Which is sad because had the initial service been where it should have been I had several other legal matters that I would have gladly paid out of pocket for as well as siblings who would have used the same or similar services. I will never force any business to take my money.
