I didn't have a chance to try and use this law firm of my legal needs. I contacted & had the free consultation with Mr. Hassler on 12-2-25, which had me contact another office for a letter that was needed in order to move forward. I contacted that company, on 12-5-25.... which I was told really didn't have anybody available to help me, but supposedly a message was sent. I then contacted the law office the same day to let them know what I was told and left a message with the receptionist. When I called it was a Friday and was told he was in court all day, but would return my call. Today is 12-30-25 and I have yet to hear from anyone at the law office or the other office I contacted per him. If someone reaches out to you for help with your services, it's not great business to not return calls or at least do follow up calls. I'll look elsewhere for help after waiting almost a month for a call back.

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Jones. He listened attentively to our concerns and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the process, keeping us well informed. Our legal issue was resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. I would confidently recommend his services and would not hesitate to engage him again if needed. I didn't hire this lawfirm however this lawfirm was so bad that that he was hired by the plaintiff in my case and even they fired him cuase they told me he wasn't a good attorney so please don't waste your time. To add to your response to mine. I looked through all your reviews from the past 3 years and did not see a 5 star review no where so clearly as your tactics in court, that was a lie. You were still fired by your plaintiffs and I quote " I fired Hassler becuase he sucked as an attorney" to all who see this like I said before I didn't hire him but the plaintiffs in my case did and fired him. Do not waste your money on this lawfirm there is a reason why he has some bad reviews.

For the second time, Hassler Law Firm has handled and resolved my issues with a great deal of attention and care. This time Mr Prescott helped me navigate and win contested divorce issues dating back 4 years. I felt blindsided and attacked by my ex after she filed motions with the court, but Tyler calmed me and took control of my case moving forward. This allowed me to not dwell too much on the case while waiting for our date in court. I received everything I felt I deserved, and couldnt be happier with my decision to come back to Hassler.

He knows the ins and outs of the law and has solid advice, giving you options on which way you would like to go during your legal journey. Very professional and on par for legal proceedings. Working with Patrick Jones on my divorce was an incredibly frustrating experience. Rather than providing the support and expertise I needed, his handling of my case added unnecessary stress to an already difficult time. Missed court dates, refusal to file motions, refusal to hold other party and council to deadline dates or any other requests by the courts. In 10 months he filed one motion, it was denied and never tried to file another. It was clear that Patrick and his paralegal were just not prepared adequately. I repeatedly had to remind him of every important detail about my case and he seemed unsure of how to handle key issues, which has hurt my position and delayed the process. Patrick always seemed hesitant and intimidated during negotiations and court proceedings. Instead of taking a strong stance on my behalf, he would often caved to pressure from the opposing side, leaving me feeling unsupported, broke and all assets foreclosed on or lost. Divorce is an emotional and challenging process. He made promises and noted my case was a very easy one. We are 10 months into a case with very little assets and no children. He is very sweet and talks an amazing game but his actions speak of a weak, inexperienced lawyer. This is why I have fired this firm. I would not recommend t services to anyone seeking a reliable and competent divorce lawyer.
