After my accident, I decided to go with Hastings & Hastings again since they had represented me in a previous case. Unfortunately, this experience was very different. The process took much longer than expected, and communication was inconsistent throughout. After I finished physical therapy, I repeatedly reached out for updates but had difficulty getting clear answers. About three months after completing treatment, I was asked to provide a detailed list of the care I had already received, which I assumed would have been documented and tracked by the firm. In total, it took nearly 11(!) months from the date of the accident, and about 8(!) months after finishing treatment, to receive my settlement. I understand these cases can take time, but the lack of communication and follow through was frustrating. If I ever need representation again, I will likely explore other options. It was also disappointing to be offered incentives in exchange for a five star review, as feedback should reflect genuine client experience.

As somebody who worked for attorneys, I know these things take time. Whenever I sent a communication regarding an update, they were very quick to answer my questions. Even when I asked multiple questions. I am happy with my outcome.
