What a horrible, horrible place to call! I call to speak with an attorney but you of course have to deal with a gatekeeper (which i understand) so I gave her the summation of the matter and I immediately can hear her cherry picking a summation mind you. And as im telling her my life was indeed in danger she tells me what I've said wasn't catastrophic enough. My situation was caused by a doctor and the breach of duty along with internal bleeding that I almost died if I didnt get rushed to a blood transfusion. She had thr audacity to say almost doesnt cut it in Texas. I said theres only 2 way to cut it, you either prevent the death or you die and thats why theres an almost. Shes clearly uneducated and highly rude because when I said theres only those 2 she hung up in my face. Ive been a resident of Dallas amd surrounding cities for 47 years and this is the kind of law offices that are here to assist us??? This is frightening!!! Im still dealing with this matter amd im seeking legal assistance and this is the type of law firms we get to choose from around here?! Dont call this law firm because either the attorneys trained her this way or they dont know shes losing business for them. What a horrendous experience!

Absolutely useless law firm! Medical malpractice lawyer but tells me they won't even take any cases against UMC in Lubbock or their employees. It's pathetic and not good business. I suggest moving on to a better option!
