If I didn't have to give this lawyer a star I would give him zero Stars. My son gets sentenced to 4 years in prison because he was not at court the date before the sentencing took place so all three of his clients signed papers without his presence and they all three are going to prison his presence was there the day of sentencing but not the date before sentencing took place I would like to file a writ of habeas corpus.

My friend and I had a great experience with Mr. Hatter! He was professional during trial and showed tremendous compassion towards his client! I was appointed attorney Tom Hatter for my case in Randall County and had one of the worst legal experiences of my life. From our first meeting, he spoke down to me, dismissed my concerns, and made me feel like my situation didn’t matter. He showed no interest in fighting for my innocence and kept insisting I take a plea instead of going to trial. His attitude came across as arrogant and unprofessional, and he made little effort to communicate or explain my options. I eventually had to handle parts of my case myself, and the judge later ruled in my favor on issues my lawyer had completely ignored. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking respectful or dedicated representation.
