I just wanna say Mr.Haugen and his team are amazing. I was able to get one of the best outcomes possible with his help. He took care of all the legal trouble for me and was very much on top of things. Mr.Haugen is also very knowledgeable in what he does and you can tell he actually cares for his clients. I hired Lindsay Haugan to fight for me in trial, he was smooth and nice on the phone, he acted like he would fight for me in court against a disorderly charge, once he got my 2500 dollars he never excepted my 30 pages of evidence, he wouldn't talk on the phone to me after that, he played administrative assistant to the prosecutor. I could of plead guilty for free and got.the same outcome..this attorney scammed me, and unfortunately these lawyers have no accountability or oversight. The BARR is a joke and will not press for any kind of ethic violations. My deferment is over and now I can take this matter to the office of disciplinary council in Bismark with out fear of retaliation from this lawyer. Do not hire this man.

Mr Haugen answered all my questions, he talked me through every step of the process. He called me back almost immediately, when I reached out with questions. I would recommend him 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days out of the year.

Although I didn't do the crime but I was falsely accused for exceeding daily limit of catfish as class B misdemeanor. I was so nervous and helpless but when Lindsey Haugen agreed to take my case and discussed it with him I just felt relaxed. He is really a life saver.
