Talked to Mo about my complex case and he gave me some solid advice. It seems to me some firms won’t even hear you out and tell you they don’t practice that kind of case when their website states they practice in that area. For Starters it is really hard to find Attorneys or an Attorney that has an expertise in HOA laws as pertaining to Idaho Statutes. I personally know nothing about HOA laws much less the legalities behind them. I told a friend of mine about an issue with my subdivision HOA board. The issue was something pertaining to my property. My subdivision HOA board informed me that I had to correct a CC&R violation or face a daily monetary fine. While the same CC&R violation according to my HOA board. Many other property owners have the same violation for many years and it has not been corrected. My friend did extensive research on my issue and found Mo Haws. So then the two of us went to his Boise office for consultation. We were extremely impressed with Mr. Haws. Consisting of exceptional knowledge of my issue. At that point I hired him to represent me against the HOA board. Thanks to Mo Haws the issue was resolved with NO monetary payout to the Board.
