I contacted the law office and they pretty much blew me off.

Terrible communication, lousy payout. Felt as though this firm was working for the other side. Wish I sourced better options before settling here. Do not recommend.

I was referred to Hayber Law firm back in 2018 after I was summarily fired from my job due to "lack of work". However I felt I was discriminated because of my age since the CEO hired his daughter in her 20's and another employee in her 30's to do my job so there was NO LACK OF WORK! My attorney, Deborah McKenna, was outstanding as well as patient. She spelled out the risks and potential outcomes at each stage of my case. Together we had to endure significant delays because of COVID and lack of follow through from the defendant. Finally in 2024 we have had closure of my case with satisfaction. Attorney McKenna and her team were great and Should you choose you utilize her firm, you will be fortunate to have honest and forthright counsel.

They responded timely on all matters, walked me through everything so I fully understand the process and successfully guided me to a favorable outcome. They don't pay out as they say they would

i can see why they have low ratings. called two offices twice this morning and all calls went to voicemail. doesn’t seem like many attorneys either. it’s never a good first impression to be met with voicemail.

Attorney McKenna is truly a God sent. She called me within 24 hours of my inquiry. She said to give her a couple of days to resolve my employment issue and one of my issues was resolved within 48 hours. I haven’t met her face to face but oh my God when I do. I owe her a covid free hug!!

I called to ask a question for someone else. I wasnt prepared for the questions they asked me. The secretary was very patient. The attorney promptly gave me some free advice via email. Very nice people.

Deb Mckenna was by far the best experience I’ve had with an attorney. She made everything so easy and fought for my rights as an employee in the state of CT.
