Arrogant, condescending & rude. No knowledge on conversational etiquette with an 86 year old gentleman. Very unprofessional with OUR specific situation. But it is not worthy. ** Rebuttal to your response of my review ** I was trying to explain to my father what "execute POA" ment to help him find out what my deceased brother did as the POA your office allowed in the first place, without investigation into JEFF's prior bankruptcy (twice) and felony criminal history & yes you did do what I wanted, I have the date of August 24th 2016 Thank YOU ALL
