Do not use this firm. I chose them to help with my mom's property upon her passing. They got the payment and then did absolutely nothing. I had to call the office so many times just to find out what was going and was given every excuse including he was on vacation and then at the end after a month was told sorry they couldn't do anything. Biggest waste of time and money!

Mr Thompson and his team are truly life savers and I really appreciate everything they did for my family.

Heath and his team are the smartest people in the room when it comes to navigating all the legal challenges that come with defaulting on a mortgage or other real estate issues. They were a tremendous ally to me when I felt alone going up against the bank after my home value dropped $100k under what I had paid for it. I didn't see any way out on my own that didn't involve personal financial destruction, as I couldn't sell it without coming up with the difference ...and I didn't have a hundred thousand dollars stuffed in the couch cushions. Thankfully Heath showed me there were all kinds of opportunities and options at my disposal that i had no clue existed. The bank certainly wasnt going to inform me of these. I would recommend them strongly to anyone in any kind of financial distress...especially in regards to your home.
