STOLE my MONEY and would not give it back. He never cared at all. He allowed me to spend 50 days in Jail only for my girlfriend to call two places to prove I was not gulty. They admittedly realesed me for wrongful imprisonment. He had absolutely zero to to with the outcome. All I asked for is a reimbursement for not doing a single thing for the case.

READ befor HIRE. Hector Martinez was easly the worst lawyer i have ever had. I hired him to represent me in a probation violation. He just needed to call a facility to confirm my graduation certificate was real. Once we get to court he had not called or even looked at my case. I was in JAIL for 45 days. Thank God my girlfriend was able to call and get the paper work needed to prove I wasnt guilty of the allegations. It took 45 days as she didnt have clearance for alot of the process. They let me out of jail for wrongful imprisonment and I didnt even hear an apology from Hector, who took my money and ran.

The attorney represented my son's case and didn't care. He did not take the time to review my son's case. My son was put in jail for something he did not do. They made false statements regarding my son. The lawyer did not review the case nor did he do anything that a lawyer should do to represent a client that is innocent. If he would have took the time seen my son's documentation he would have known my son was innocent. Now my son is sitting in jail, which hurts me, his family and effecting his business. This is very upsetting you have someone who has made changes in his life and is trying to be a good citizen to only have spent money on an attorney who does not care or even showed he cared. This is why you hire an attorney. For him not to have done anything or truly tried to listen concerns me on how he would represent other clients. The probation officer does like my son and has brought false claims against my son so that he can stay in jail. The probation officer has even stated that she doesn't like my son's family. This is why you have lawyers.

He was CHARGED CRIMINALLY, failed to disclose he was personally dealing with criminal charges himself W STATE of OHIO, & Ohio Bar Association. RESEARCH THIS LAWYER YOURSELF. He FAILED to disclose this AND provide LEGAL representation he is required to.

We have given this man thousands of dollars close to 10 to help with a case and we’ve been ignored for 5 months please save your money and don’t do business with him you will be scammed. Horrible communication skills. You pay him and he runs off with your money. Please do your research he’s a criminal himself. Update 9/1/2024 After countless calls, texts etc. We were asked what time did we want to call, agreed on a time after months of chasing this man and still absolutely no answer. No replies absolutely nothing. The excuse given was “I’m in court”. Why would you take money from people with no plans on doing any work? You are a scammer 100%.
