He was great to talk to, helped me understand the documents and their meaning, answered all my questions in depth, and indirectly helped me negotiate a better deal with my employer. The flat fee was also very reasonable. It didn't feel like he was rushing through anything, and at no point did he try to suggest extra work or billable hours for unnecessary work.
