From July 2022 through March 2025, he guided us through a complex civil bankruptcy case and a related criminal proceeding involving a fraudulent contractor. Thanks to John's expertise and persistence, we prevailed in the bankruptcy case, proving that the contractor had committed fraud and embezzlement, making the debts to us non-dischargeable. He also stood by us during the criminal case, ultimately leading to the contractor pleading guilty to Felony Theft by Swindle. I'm really happy with my experience working with Mr. Hedtke on my bankruptcy. I like how he answers his phone, appreciate not being transferred to a voicemail by some bubble gum chewing, uninterested assistant.
