It took a while to get my disability and I knew it would seeing that I had some legal issues but Mr. Heerman was there for me every step of the way. If I had a question day or night I could text or call him and he would answer. I would mostly text him, he must have a very good memory because he knew exactly who I was every time I messaged him usually within minutes he would respond back with an answer. He sent me a text message at 8:42pm Friday night congratulating me on getting my disability. I was so happy and relieved at the same time. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing.
