I was referred to Justin Heideman, but was helped by Chris Rogers. Chris has been extremely helpful concerning a defamation situation--he knows what he's talking about and is upfront and honest. Terrific experience and did a great job talking me through the process.

Extremely disappointing experience. Justin did not follow through on multiple commitments and always gave excuses for delays that became increasingly implausible. When I expressed concerns, his responses were unprofessional and dismissive. I ultimately had to terminate the relationship due to a lack of trust and accountability. If you're unable or unwilling to dedicate the necessary time and effort to your clients, you shouldn't be taking their money and wasting their time. I would not recommend his services.
