Finding this Firm was a Godsend for my wife who was horribly injured in a head on accident by a drunk driver. Marjorie went above and beyond for us always communicating every step of the way. A Sheriff sped through a red light just as I was entering the intersection on a green light.  He smashed into my car and almost killed me.  People told me I couldn't sue the Sheriff and some attorneys I talked to sounded rude and arrogant when I initially contacted them.  I found attorney Marjorie Heinrich who told me I could and she also sounded concerned about what I had just went through.  She represented me for 2 yrs.  The Sheriff and County blamed me for the accident.  Marjorie spent 2 yrs and thousands of dollars proving the Sheriff and County was responsible and I was not at fault.  The County also denied I suffered a head injury.  My case finally settled for several million dollars a week before trial.  I am so thankful for Marjorie and Heinrich Law and I would highly recommend them if you've suffered a personal injury.  Hire them. Truly as good as it gets. 3 years ago, I broke not one but both of my feet walking to retrieve my laundry at my rental house. It was bad. One foot was totally shattered and I needed surgery. I had to move our of my house for a bit, wheel chair bound, and was using a leg crutch for nearly an entire year. All while single-parenting a six year old. Though my landlord did the right thing in putting in a claim for me to State Farm, they sent me a mere $1,000. My expenses were well over $25,000 after surgery.
