Highly unprofessional!!! We share a mutual client and without doing any research of any type on her part jumps to conclusions and starts using intimidation tactics and wording her language in a way that is making our company out to seem as if we are trying to take advantage of our shared client we are only trying to make whole and take care of due to some unfortunate circumstances that were unavoidable on our shared clients part further delaying us being able to take care of our shared client with what ever options the client wants to chose. I get trying to protect your clients but not everyone out here is a crook and shouldn’t be treated as such. Very nasty way to approach individuals without knowing the full details.
