I was asked to give 1500 dollars for a consultation. Just to see if they would take my case. Not even knowing if they would even be interested. Or could even help me with my situation.

I do require the “Potential New Client Form” to be completed and returned before any consultation. This allows us to check for any potential conflicts that may exist that would prohibit us from taking on your legal matter. I review every new potential client inquiry and check for conflicts personally. If there are not any conflicts and the legal matter is something my firm is interested in, a consultation fee is requested, a consultation agreement is sent for review and signature, and a meeting is scheduled. The consultation fee is designed to cover the basic time for document review, initial research that may be required, and the consultation. <br><br> <br>Hopefully, that clears up any misunderstanding that exists. If you want me to consider taking on your legal matter, please complete the form online through our website and submit any material related to the matter. Only about $$$$$ with a hand out. Would not recommend any attorney who doesn’t have time to connect with people. They have you fill out a form, they’ll review, if it’s something “worth their time” they’ll get back to you. They have no compassion or care for people. Attorneys who work this way will never see the light of day from me. GREED. Easiest way to summarize this.
