Mrs. Lush was retained by my daughters ex-husband (per the divorce order) to bifurcate the husbands 401K and my daughter was ordered to pay half the cost. They state they take credit cards on their website. So apparently they will not take a credit card or even speak to someone that is not their client, even with the clients permission. The husband said the following in text exchanges with my daughter: D: K. Have them call me to pay my portion. H: They said they cannot do that, payment in full at one time. I already asked that. Since the account is in my name they can only speak to me about it since l am the client not you. I have to write a cashiers check for them. They accept either debit or a cashiers check. In one lump payment not split. D: And my payment is separate then yours so 2 should be allowed its in the order we both pay not just one. H: Its not separate, since the 401k is in my name I have to be the one to request it and to get that started they require payment up front. The company that I am using will not allow split payment or for it to be taken out of the 401k when it’s split. D: You need to call Mrs. Lush and give her permission to speak with me about billing for this matter. You have provided me with no statement or letter from them stating what is owed and they take credit cards online, when you said they don't. Please let me know when this is done. H: I have already spoken to them and they stated that since l am the client they can only speak to me about the matter. I would advise against using this company since they are not able to be flexible with their clients apparently.

Check out this case Linn County 18lt08780.Botched by these jokers 3 senior attorneys unable to count 60 calendar days cost themselves at least $ 10k. They will be looking to recoup this loss, dont let it be your hard earned money.

Erin @ Heltzel Williams has been handling my mother's estate since January 2018. She has been unprofessional and rude especially when I asked her one question about the estate and having the executor write me back a nasty email. Saying she wasn't representing me but representing the estate. I know that, that's why I addressed my question to her because she is representing the estate. We have gotten threatening emails, if we continue to ask her questions we will be charged....ummm I thought it was your job? Not sure what her job is besides sitting there collecting a check.
