I initially reached out to Henderson & Henderson in January 2026 because they advertise themselves as a firm that handles business-related matters. My first inquiry received no response. After following up again, I was eventually contacted by a junior member of staff. I replied promptly and asked what the next steps would be. Unfortunately, that was the last communication I received. Since then, there has been complete silence. No follow-up, no acknowledgment, and no indication as to whether my matter was something the firm could assist with or not. What’s surprising is that the firm appears to have a number of positive reviews mentioning professionalism. Based on my experience, the intake and communication process leaves a lot to be desired. Even a simple automated email indicating that the firm could not assist, or recommending that I seek help elsewhere, would have been far more professional than simply disappearing. To be clear, this review is not about the quality of legal services provided, as none were ever delivered. It reflects the lack of basic communication and follow-through during the intake process, which unfortunately was disappointing.

The professionalism and brilliance of this group cannot be denied. They were on top of my case and handled every detail with the upmost care and concern.

I contacted Henderson & Henderson to help me with a legal issue with a roofing company, that after a roof replacement they created plumbing issues with our bathroom. Drayton Quattlebaum and Sean Thornton did an outstanding job helping me resolve my legal issues with the roofing company. I would recommend them for any legal issues.

Over billing for simply name change.

I was super disappointed to hear that this firm was not able to help me. Considering their website and staff said other wise. If your case is complicated OR too far along they are unable to handle the load OR help you.

As frustrating as a divorce is, I am glad to had found a great team that worked hard for me and getting me the best outcome. Very Experienced, professional and overall caring team. I was very satisfied with the services they provided, the process was fast and they didn't missed any details, I can only say I am very happy to had a very experience team looking out for my interest.
