He is a master manipulator at best. Tells you he can beat your case and sends a bill for 5,000.00 to be paid upfront and when he gets your money, “Oh, I think you should plea bargain this out, the evidence is overwhelming” When he already knew what evidence they had from the discovery. And when I was in his office I overheard his secretary tell a client he could make payments. He only knows how to plea bargain in my books. I had him as a public defender on 2 other cases and he said the same thing “I think you should plea out. He still owes me 2500.00 from only doing half the work and only 3 court appearances that took less than half hour. I would steer clear of this guy. He only looks for the quickest way to get you off his books. He does not have his clients best interests at heart. Jmo

I spoke with Courtney as a free consultation as the court was working against me and had many unanswered questions. He called me quickly and took an entire 30 minutes to make sure he answered every question I had and give advise where he could. He was intelligent, well spoken, and very kind.
