My daughter hired David Page to represent her in her custody battle in November 2022. They worked together until August of 2024. During that time David was extremely competent, effective and passionate regarding her case. My daughter always felt that her concerns were being heard and acted upon by David. In July 2024, she received the best outcome we ever thought possible, everything she had legally asked for and more. We would highly recommend David Page for any legal needs!

Called to get information and to set up a call with Attorney and never made it that far. The intake lady became extremely rude when I asked her questions regarding Subpoenas because I knew I would eventually have to send them to obtain documents if I decided to pursue my case. Maybe this law firm is good, but having that as my first experience made me decide against proceeding with this firm.

The person answering the phone did not listen to anything I said and kept wanting to argue with me instead of trying to understand the problem. Horrible customer service.

Didn’t even actually make it to talking to an attorney. The representative was very rude and very incompetent of what I was trying to explain. I couldn’t even finish the call. I had to hang up on her!

David handled my mother’s divorce in 2004, he handled my divorce when I was in a very precarious medical situation, (awaiting a lung transplant) in 2011, and David is representing me now in a hearing looking out for my special needs son. What I appreciate about David is his honesty. He is able to sort through all of the emotions in divorce and family law that I might present and “bottom line” me in a way that I still know he is looking out for me and my son. David is extremely intelligent, has strong work ethic, and clearly an alpha attorney. Under the tough exterior is a compassionate big heart. I highly recommend David to anyone looking for a good lawyer!

I had a very positive experience with Henn Haworth Cummings and Page, specifically with Paul Cummings. I believe Paul went above and beyond in my case in a timely manner and I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who is looking for an honest and caring law firm.

I do NOT reccomend. Typically injured medical litigants do not pay a fee if the case is not won or if they don't represent you but Brett charged me and only after I requested immediate withdrawal once he yelled at me amoung other tone deaf comments. The client attorney relationship was beyond reconcilable after not only having to follow up on my own status month after month after month but then Brett got totally unprofessional and then stated he would be bill me during his yelling tirade and he sure did. I requested a itemized bill and I will see if Brett provides support for the charges. How could I trust my best intrest were being taken into account after lack of communication and unprofessional behavior? Charge was over 1K .Do not use this firm. You will be charged if they don't represent you.

Very Professional they were prompt at returning calls and emails very impressed!! Got me top dollar and called as soon as check was in!! I would recommend to all family and friends! Special thanks to Brett and staff!!

I worked with David Page and his paralegal Kandy. They were absolutely fantastic. Kandy was great with keeping me up to date and super responsive whenever I had any questions. David was very knowledgeable and was great at keeping me informed through every step of the process. Wasn’t the best experience but I understand better where all parties were coming from. As a customer I always fell you should have my best interest. This company promised they could get my claim changed by State Farm knowing in advance I made agreement by phone. Unfortunately they were unable to change anything and we almost didn’t have money for bills. We did end up having enough due to my insurance being involved. If it weren’t for that I may still be waiting for my case to resolve. At the end of the day thank you for all your help this was truly a lesson learned for any future accidents to not make agreements by phone. This was my first accident and first experience with injury lawyers. I thought everything was understood up front so we had some miscommunication but in the end it all worked out. Shalom

I was severely injured in a slip/fall situation. David Henn, whom I knew prior to the incident, was someone I contacted while still in the hospital. Confused, in pain and fearful for the future I contacted him for help. This was to ask if there was anything that could be done based on my situation. Within 24hrs he was at my bedside answering questions and really giving me an honest assessment of what to expect and do. I have since recovered and was awarded a settlement, above my expectations. The constant communication and movement of our case was very impressive and helpful. We were extremely satisfied with the speed and size of the settlement. Most of all, the phone calls throughout the process just to check my well-being and state of mind had significant value. The team was truly genuine and comforting.
