She’s a horrible lawyer so today I asked about treatment because the injury was on February 19th and I’ve literally been waiting to see where to go since she stated Concentra authorized my treatment on the 27th of last month but when I went in yesterday, they said they never received a prior authorization last month not any month they never even received one so I couldn’t even be treated. Cynthia made the comment well you should have went to get seen last month and that she can’t make them see me after already knowing that they said it was never a prior authorization sent when I went to get treatment . After her making that statement I feel like it’s a slap in the face because your supposed to represent me not make negative/ignorant comments when I’ve told you my circumstances she’s very unprofessional and makes me feel very uncomfortable and unsupported. Right after I expressed to her how I felt she said she would close my case this lady is a coward! Her staff acts the exact same way towards clients extremely rude when you call in they say will put the call in your file what? How do you put a call in a file? This is the worst experience ever! I do not recommend her firm she’s a horrible person and give horrible customer service!

Cynthia Hennessey successfully represented me “long distance” with a workmen’s compensation claim several years ago after I suffered a traumatic brain injury from a fall while at work. I give her my highest recommendation. She is a caring, knowledgeable, accomplished and very successful attorney. Although we never met in person, she always made time for calls when needed despite her very busy schedule.

I reached out after receiving a call from the work comp attorneys. They wanted me to sign off on the “standard settlement”. I decided to call Hennessy & I am happy that I did. Rebecca Long and her team thoroughly explained the process and the fact that the WC attorney was really lowballing the value of my claim. I was afraid this meant I had to sue my employer, but Rebecca explained this was coming from the Workman’s comp insurance & not my employer. I retained Hennessy & Rebecca handled EVERYTHING. I didn’t even need to go to court. Once all was settled I received a check for about double the original offer. It was all handled professionally and efficiently. I know now it is always worth it to at least talk to an attorney before signing anything. I would highly recommend Rebecca Long and the entire team at Hennessy Law. I cannot imagine my case being handled any better!
