We used your firm two years ago for our adoption. This morning, I called with a simple question to clarify something related to the adoption, as we’ve recently encountered an issue. Unfortunately, the interaction left me very disappointed. The staff member I spoke with repeatedly stated, “Well, this is how I do it”, or when referring to the place in Lancaster that did our adoption “There’s no way that’s true,” referring to a third party in Lancaster, well guess who was in that office 2 years ago me guess who was not the person I spoke with. I wasn’t calling to dispute anyone, I genuinely do not know whether the information is accurate, and I also understand she would have no way of knowing exactly what the former attorney handled at the time. However, her tone felt defensive and dismissive and unprofessional, even though I was simply trying to have a normal, straightforward conversation. Given that this matter involved an adoption and is important to our family, I expected a more supportive and professional response. I no longer would ever recommend this firm it's unfortunate as 2 years ago we had a great experience, and this firm helped my grandma for years with tons of things no more.

Received a bill for $567.50 for Ms. Eggert to send and receive emails. To be clear Ms. Eggert charges $55.00 to send an email. I am worse off now than before I retained this firm. No, I’m not paying the $27.50 charge to “review” the cancellation email I sent

Unreasonable charged and too expensive to go to. Gave me a bad experience ever! I’ve been sharing my bad choice in this law firm to all people around me. Never recommend anyone to go to.

I would not give her any stars. I don't think she had my best interest on her mind, just money as my bill keep increasing. I feel she was for my x husband, didn't fight for me. I filed for divorce in 2019 and only got divorced in 2024!!!

Roberta Santiago represented me in an estate issue for my father. She went above and beyond to help clear this issue. She was very professional, even when the judge was disrespectful to her in the hearing. I don't believe a judge should wink at an attorney during a hearing. Especially a female.
