Just got off the phone with Debbi that works with Mr. Sadler. I called City Hall to find out about what I needed to do with my home after a death. City Hall told me to contact a lawyer about getting a deed. Speaking with Debbi I found out I do not need a deed. If I sell I just need to show a death certificate, and if I pass while living in the home, a will is all I need. Thank you so much Debbi for all your help. City Hall had me running in circles. Highly recommend this lawyer and office staff. 10+ Stars ⭐️

Mr Sadler is an amazing Lawer. He helped me when I was going through a divorce. His expertise in law and understanding my rights helped protect me and gave me a peace of mind after my wife left me. I'm now remarried and have moved on in peace and I appreciate the consultation and Guidance he gave during a long process. He told me what to do and I followed his directions.
