Kurt was such a great guy to work with. He went above and beyond for my case. Listened to my concerns and made the whole process of a stressful situation run smooth. Felt more like I was working with a friend than a stranger. The only down fall is that he is a Denver Broncos fan 👎🏼 besides that, great guy!! Great people!!! Amazing law firm!!! Highly recommend!!!

I spoke to one of their attorneys about my malpractice experience over the phone, and he referred me to a woman at another practice who he said “might care more, and fight harder for your case being a woman.”

These guys are beyond amazing! They dealt with our case with empathy and understanding in a quick manner. Absolutely awful people running this place. Immature. Do not put your safety in the hands of these children. Cannot manage their own stress and take it out on their employees and their less favorable customers. Their work sucks because of their immaturity and inability to take care of themselves. Would not trust them with my information or my business again.

Was t-bone'd in an Uber, Hepworth Holzer was a very hands off approach to achieve an agreeable resolution to an otherwise very unfortunate event. Definitely would recommend talking with them after an accident to see how they may help you. The Staff was very professional and genuine.

Denied my case because of personality. Didn’t seem to care about me nor my case. He told me to file an insurance claim through my own insurance. He said that’s why you’re paying for car insurance. (The other person ran a red light) and his insurance is only taking liability for 80%.

Leshanda. We are sorry you feel this way. The bad guy's insurance company does not want to pay for all the damage to your car because it claims you have comparative responsibility for the collision and therefore it claims a discount of 20% under Idaho law. So long as it maintains that position the dispute can only be resolved in court. John's advice was to get your car fixed using your own collision coverage so that instead of fighting with the other company before your car is fixed you could get back in your car faster. The legal system can easily take 2 years to prove that the other driver has 100% legal responsibility. While it is understandable that you would prefer not to use your own coverage, this is good advice in this particular situation. Because you were strongly against following this advice, John's next best advice was to go seek the advice of other lawyers to see if there was someone you were more comfortable with. Good luck to you and best wishes on your injuries healing quickly.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I set up an online consultation (With Kurt Holzer I believe) to see if I had a case and he was extremely rude and borderline insulting. After their Zoom system not working, he asked me what I was calling about. After explaining what happened to me, he asked me what the point of my case was, what the company did that was negligent, and why they should be liable in an extremely condescending and rude tone like I was wasting his time. He basically wanted me to explain every detail of why I would have a case and why he should care, when the entire reason I was calling was to get more information from the "professional" to see if I had a case in the first place. I'm not a lawyer, of course I don't know what would constitute a legal claim. He made it very clear I have no case and was wasting his time. I called a different firm and they were very receptive and told me I do in fact have a case and took it immediately. I was literally just calling to see if I had a case, I have no legal knowledge and was made to feel stupid because I didn't know the nuances of what my case would be. There are plenty of other firms out there that will treat you with respect, even if you just want to ask some questions.
