I had the pleasure of working with Grady Hepworth recently. He was amazing! He explained the process, was extremely efficient, tremendously smart, and most importantly he was sympathetic to my case. To anyone in this position, hire Grady! He will make the situation 100 times better. I cannot recommend him enough!

Jeff should’ve been my first call! After an accident, I tried to settle with the insurance companies myself. It was extremely overwhelming and confusing. Finally I came to my senses and a friend recommended calling Jeff. Hands down the best decision! He is very communicative (I never felt out of the loop), I felt that he had my best interests and really fought for me so I could just focus on recovery and moving forward. Everyone at his office is so personable. I’d give 10 stars ✨ if I could. God forbid I’m ever in another accident, Jeff is absolutely who I could call.

I hired Jeff in Boise based on reviews and my conversation with him. I made it clear up front that I was looking for an official letter and some legal pressure, not a trial. He wrote the initial letter, I didn't think it was very good but I trusted him and sent it anyway. The other lawyer's response was far better and more thorough. For example, where Jeff's letter asked for $100k compensation without a cost breakdown, the other lawyer gave an exact amount with a full breakdown, down to the cent. The entire response was impressive, and in another league. I was feeling skeptical at this point, but this was Jeff's time to shine. When I asked Jeff about how to formulate a response, he emailed me and said that we likely couldn't win a trial, that our "goals are not aligned", and that he couldn't continue on the case. I don't know if he was looking for an easy payday, felt the other lawyer had outclassed him, or perhaps found a more lucrative client. Either way, he wasted my time and virtually assured I didn't have a leg to stand on in my negotiations. He offered to waive the fees to that point, but it wasn't the fees I cared about, it's trust. I hire a lawyer to represent me and trusting them is of the utmost importance. After this experience, I wouldn't trust Jeff to write my grocery list. Better put a disclaimer: This is my recollection of what transpired during my interactions with Jeff Hepworth based on my memory which, as I am human, is likely to be flawed. I knew my case would be extremely tough. I could even tell he hated telling me where I went wrong, but he absolutely tried and that says a lot. Not a single law office other than Hepworth remotely tried without a heffty retainer present before having any discussion, so I just wanted to say he truly cares for the working class, and still gave me great knowledge of what I can, and should do to protect myself. I'd give more stars if I could and feel this is the least I can do. Thanks for everything!

There should be more stars available for Grady Hepworth. He made himself available to truly listen to the issue and ask the necessary questions in order to understand the complexities of the situation. His professional prowess was evident when reviewing documentation and providing solid counsel on the next steps taken. He will be my first call when a legal need arises.

This attorney requested we "look up" relevant law prior to appointment and “print them out” for him. In subsequent meeting, he was clearly unaware of the healthcare practice-governing Idaho State Administrative Rule and Federal Laws pertaining to well evidenced concerns. Attorney stated,”they can defame all they want” in response to our valid requests for accountability. In short, an unfortunate personality, limited social skill capability and antiquated sense of gender equality was evident in dealings with this older gentleman. In our experience, several other attorneys in area demonstrated superior aptitude. Please avoid. In our experience this individual demonstrated statements indicating he was ethically compromised. We are submitting evidence directly to indicated regulatory parties.
