I could not be more impressed with the services that were rendered from this law firm. My DUI case was a complicated one that many attorneys would not touch because of a conflict of interest so to speak. Mr Lux did not hesitate on accepting my case and later negotiated a plea bargain that I was happy with. He was efficient with communications and was money well spent. I would recommend him to anyone that may need legal counsel. I would utilize him again in a heartbeat however this girl is staying out of trouble from this point on.

Unfortunately I found myself in need of an attorney. I hired Eddie Herbert to represent me. He was a friend as much as he was a lawyer. Everytime we spoke I felt like I truly had someone on my side. My case was very weird and if I had the money I would have taken it to trial. This experience left me with anxiety and put me at the lowest point in my life. This was mainly on me but the evidence was extremely suspect. Eddie navigated me and treated me like a human unlike Sumner County who immediately dehumanizes you but protects anyone in a similar situation of they're in anyway affiliated with the courts or police department. Sorry, was just venting there. Eddie is a terrific person and a very good lawyer. He does much more than just represent you. He makes you feel like your not just another client. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of counsel. Can't thank you enough for the emotional support throughout this entire process.

Mr. Edward is an absolutely a Rockstar attorney and dealing with the District Attorney in my DUI case. Mr. Herbert was my 2nd attorney in my case after my first one did virtually nothing for two years. After bringing on Mr. Herbert he chopped the DA’s case in half and avoided a jury trial. In all, I ended up with in essence of a speeding ticket. I could not recommend him enough. He saw my rights were violated, pointed out where the police officers lied on two different occasions, and put it in front of the District Attorney. They dropped the DUI accusation, and I could not be more pleased. 10 out of 10 recommend. Affordable and worth every penny, probably even more, but he genuinely cared about my case and the resolution to my satisfaction.
