Be aware that this attorney wants up front costs as well as part of your disability payments for the next 24 months. The insurance company cut off my LTD right as I'm about to be scheduled for surgery. I am calling a disability attorney because I am not getting paid anymore by the insurance company, to be asked for upfront fees when you have no money is hurtful. I would have no problem paying after my case was settled.
