I needed an Estate Lawyer to help me get my father’s home put in just his name (it was in he and my late mother’s) and also to sell his home to his neighbors. We decided to use lawyers instead of realtors. Wendi Efflandt and her assistant, Kate Garcia, helped me with the Affidavit Of Heirship and reading over the contract to sell the home. My father’s home wasn’t even in Williamson County but that wasn’t a problem! They made this process easy!! I will use them again if I need help with my estate or anyone else’s!
