Still awaiting Insurance company to send release. It been several weeks still nothing.

Updating my rating because communication has improved tremendously. Thank you. Unfortunately my experience has not been stellar. Communication is lacking on all platforms - the app, phone, email, etc. I just cannot get anyone to respond to the messages that I leave. I have no idea what is going on with my case and no one will call me back. Well I did finally receive a voicemail from someone today but when I called back they again were not available. I was told to expect another call after 5pm. I am still waiting. Looks like I will now have to find some help to assist me with dealing with this law firm. I truly don't know how to proceed. I will call around to see what my options are as they are the ones who are supposed to be representing me. Yet, I feel that I have no representation as I cannot even speak to anyone. I am not used to this level of unprofessionalism.

My customer service experience with Heritage Injury group has been absolutely horrendous!!!! I’ve tried to call them several times, left leave messages. No one returned my call. I go through the portal. That’s not returned. Nothing no type of response. Do I receive I called the office just to be put on hold to only be hung up on. My experience has been horrible. I don’t know what else to do at this point except point others the opposite way of Heritage firm. They are not the way you wanna go so if you are in a car accident, please I beg you don’t walk past them, run because they’re not a law firm that’s out for their clients best interest so I am now looking to see what I can do now to end my case with the Heritage injury firm I am so done.

I am highly pleased with the results of my case. Each employee of the firm was pleasant to deal with. Am extremely grateful for the negotiation results. Thank you.

The firm is great and very helpful in keeping me updated thru their app and also email. Vashti was very nice and helpful and everyone else who has been apart of the process. I give them 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone in need of a personal injury lawyer.

So thankful for this Injury firm! They truly want what's best for their clients. Communicated with me every step, was always available and actually would check on me and my care the entire 5 months. Communication is the worse!! I’ve signed paperwork to receive my settlement check in July and here we are in October and I can’t even get the office to return my calls! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I will be reaching out to the BAR TODAY!! I’m glad I’ve kept every record of every phone call I’ve attempted to get an answer about my money! If this office hasn’t been sued before they will be today!

This company came to me after I was in an accident. Ambulance chasers. Please take your business elsewhere. They will ghost you as I have read in the reviews below. It’s the same person as well… Vashti. Thanks for not responding to my several emails since may. I have no idea the status of my case, bills for all the doctors I saw, nothing. I give this company 0 out of 5 stars. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

This company full of it barely heard from this company when they took my case they met me at the chiropractor the said they charge 33percent gave me discount for 33 they couldn't get a offer for my case so they sent case over to litigation case got settled i don't think they discussed my case with the litigation lawyer because they still 40 percent of my money when they was supposed to got 33percent but I'm goin to reach out to someone about goin to contact the Georgia Law board on them I want the rest of my money out that 40percent they got

Do not allow this company to waste your time. I was working with the paralegal Vashti for about 10 months. She informed me that my case was being filed and then completely ghosted me for over a month. When I finally just asked was she ignoring me via email, she responded no she was not ignoring me and sent me a termination letter. She did not give any reason of why the firm terminated me, not sure why she ghosted me to only tell me I have been terminated with no explanation. I have reached out for a month now just in hopes to receive my full case details.
