We used Tom to close on our house in Clifton Park NY. We had issues at closing, where the seller of the home had a loan on the house that neither of attorneys even caught and only came up at signing when the seller opened his mouth - thank goodness! What are you even paying these yahoo attorneys to do? Additionally, Tom’s firm broke up or he left - and now he’s been totally unresponsive to providing documents that we need from closing to sell our house. We have called his cell numerous times to leave VM and with ZERO calls back. Totally unacceptable service and definitely not the way I expect business conducted.
