Herman Alarcon, Esq.

Not overly impressed with the services of Herman Alarcon. Didn’t speak with Mr. Alarcon until the day of the court hearing and when I did, it was very brief. Mr. Alarcon kept stating that he would take care of me and mentioned that he had a good working relationship with the prosecutor. Unfortunately there was a huge misunderstanding. After Mr. Alarcon spoke to the prosecutor he called me and stated that my fine would be $190.00. But when the judge read the case disposition, the fine was in fact $300.00. Mr. Alarcon claimed he didn’t know where I got the $190.00 figure but I also work in the legal field and the one thing I know is to a) write everything down and b) get everything in writing. So I made a note when Mr. Alarcon told me the fine would be $190.00. For the fee that Mr. Alarcon charged you can probably just speak to the prosecutor yourself and get a similar deal and even if it’s slightly more, you would still save a considerable amount. I would therefore not recommend Mr. Alarcon's services.

definitely wouldn’t recommend. Got my ticket reduced on the bright side , would have just wished more communication since downgrading my ticket was not the end of the case . I needed the name on the ticket updated and I have not heard back from him regarding this in over a week lol.
