My initial consultation was smoothly organized by Roxana, and I had the chance to speak with Alan. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and informative, and Alan took the time to clearly walk me through the next steps to resolve my issue. I’ll update this review in the future, as I expect things will only continue to go well with this team.

Not happy with this law firm, they had everything sent to them and they didn't have to do anything, but take it into Litigation and they never tried saying that the insurance on my property was a for placed policy and they couldn't do anything or maybe they just didn't try

Our elderly and ill mother was the driver in a relatively minor single vehicle crash involving an impact by a hurricane-affected, poorly designed and malfunctioning HOA gate, thankfully involving only property damage. We believed at the time and subsequently obtained video evidence to support that she was not at fault. That same evening we did an AI search for an attorney to consult to protect her interests in Pinellas County, FL using terms like ‘reputable’, ‘highly ethical’, ‘kind’. Herman and Wells were among the top in that search. I called them and very shortly after received a call from Mr. Wells. He listened and patiently and kindly advised that her case was not one that would generally by taken by his firm due to the relatively small dollar amount and particularly, the fortunate lack of injury. I thanked him for his time and took his advice, leaving it to her insurance company. The insurance company unfortunately did not initially handle the case well and complications ensued, in large part due to demonstrably incorrect information on the police report. During that period we sought to hire an attorney on a fee basis and re-contacted this firm. While we were waiting to connect with this firm, the insurance company reassigned the case to a different person and recently resolved it, though in a manner that failed to hold the what we believed were the actually negligent parties responsible. Mr. Wells again kindly returned my call, offered an appropriate referral source and helpfully provided some realistic expectations, even though he was not able to take the case himself. His office team, importantly, were also professional, respectful, kind and helpful during all of our interactions. While our experience with the firm is obviously limited, the AI search terms and results did turn out to match our experience well.
