Really made the experience informative. Before I came did not know anything about wills and trust.

Definitely not for me. My husband was on the call too and we were both in agreement. I only had a complimentary call with their sales staff. Pressure to sign up for service with a $350 deposit when I hadn’t even talked to other law firms yet. They told me multiple times that the $4995 restatement price for a living trust was “not something they are there to defend.” The woman said that more than 3x when we didn’t haggle on price. I finally told her I’m not price sensitive. She said then what will be your deciding factor. I told her who I feel comfortable with and have confidence in will be the deciding factor. My hubby and I agree we would rather pay the fee to talk to the lawyer directly. Anyways we are going elsewhere.

Even though I no longer live in California, the information provided by Christa Hermance was invaluable. I have a starting point for actions and questions to ask a local attorney. I'm so glad I participated in this webinar. BTW, she can provide names for local attorneys in your area if outside of Cali.

Crista knows how to make things very clear what is involved and what has to be done to help protect your assets from Probate. She's in California so bear that in mind for access to her many offices. We all want to put off end-of-life decisions, but we should treat this as current-life decision and get it done - no matter how little assets you think you have. You'll get your wishes done via a Living Trust & Pour-Over Will and will be prepared for the inevitable which can strike anytime. Be like the Boy/Girl Scouts. Be Prepared.

We had a very outdated family trust that needed a complete re-do and we were dreading the process. Jennifer Romero was delightful to work with and very efficiently guided us through the steps. Never have I enjoyed visiting a law office before but Jennifer and the Hermance Law team was so courteous and helpful, we were almost sad when the process was complete.
