My experience with them was bad. I called and spoke with their secretary, explained my disability case, and she asked for evidence, which I provided. They also needed paperwork from my doctors, which I also sent. The Disability office sent me some forms to fill out and take to court, but the secretary, Dayanee, told me not to send them, saying that the lawyer needed more information. That happened last year. I spent two months calling, and they never returned my message to let me know if they were continuing with my case. Today, I called them by mistake, thinking it was a different office, and another very kind woman answered. She said she was reviewing the messages and information and apologized for not responding to my calls or messages. I was quite upset because I contacted them because my doctor, Del Dolor, told me to, and he sent all the paperwork to the Disability office himself. He explained that I qualified, which is why I contacted this office, and it was very disappointing to never receive any answers.

Very good and professional yes Insler And Herman helped me win my case with SSI. I couldn't have done it without them. I Tried on my own and had been denied. So I turned to The Herman group and they did most of the paper work for me.
