I’m putting one star only because eventually she did finish the job, but unfortunately I did have a bad experience with her. I saw her amazing reviews great comments about her work, maybe she had a lot going on, she was very unprofessional, idk but the communication was really BAD for me!! I sent her the info and payment that she asked for and I sent her a message confirming of what I sent her, she only answered with “it’s okay.” A week passed and no word what so ever from her. So I sent her a message to see what’s going on, and she tells me she didn’t receive the email of what I needed to be translated 😒.. so I asked why she didn’t tell me this a week ago I need this paper, she said that I didn’t confirm what I sent, so I sent her proof and she sent me hers, for all I know she could have deleted the email, but on my side it shows both emails being sent!!!!! Anyways we were going back in forth about it, long story short, thats what got me upset instead of her apologizing from the start she said it was my fault I should have confirmed…, I’m like I did I sent proof.. anyway at this point I was frustrated, I wanted to get my money Back but I didn’t know anybody else and needed the paper notarized ..Just leaving this review hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.. The comment below proofs my point once again. very unprofessional..

Be very careful with this woman; she charges exorbitant prices for notarizing documents, giving completely ridiculous reasons. She was charging me $60, when a UPS store charged me $7. Furthermore, I found out this process can't be done remotely. I understand we're all doing our jobs here, but what I can't accept is that some people take advantage of others to get ahead. Terrible.
