Caroline is Very unprofessional. Very rude to her clients. Makes appointments and then doesn't show up. Never sent a retainer to be signed. Made us drive from aurora to Elgin just to tell us she was dropping the case. Wouldn't recommend.

A terrible experience with lawyer Caroline. At first, she seemed fine when we spoke and signed the contract. I gave her my deposit and all the documents she requested. I was on top of everything. She scheduled another appointment with me, but five minutes before, she canceled it. They told me they would call me back, but they never did. I kept calling them, both the secretary and Caroline herself, and they kept saying they would call me back. Finally, I told them I was going to cancel and get my deposit back. The lawyer contacted me three weeks later, knowing nothing about my case, as if I were a new client. She asked for documents she had never requested before and was annoyed because I told her they hadn't asked for them. In a call I had with her, everything exploded. She said she was sick and dealing with personal issues, which angered me. I told her I also have a business and don't involve my personal problems with business. Caroline got angry and said she was going to drop my case and that I should find another lawyer. Three months wasted! I would never recommend this team!

I programmed 2 appointments with Lawyer Hernandez, She canceled the first 10 minutes before the appointment. The second one, she didn't even pick up the phone to at least cancel. Not professional!

This Caroline Hernandez is extremely rude in person and during phone calls. She seems to have a deep lack of knowledge of the law considering how she got me railroaded in court. A baboon knows more about the law than she does. I would recommend anyone who needs a lawyer not go to her, unless you want to be rip-off on your money and spoken down to by a person who is always late to any meetings as well. Horrible woman wouldn’t use again

Terrible experience with attorney Lee. They tell you what you want to hear and don't fight for your case in court. She always arrives late to court and dressed inappropriately. Completely unprofessional! I absolutely do not recommend her.
