I have worked with Herran Law Firm over the past 3 years regarding an ongoing HOA issue/nightmare. Scope of work includes communicating with their lawyers, a Mediator, and several judges. I have found that he is committed to achieving the best result for me while also minimizing the legal expenses involved. I have worked with several other lawyers who frequently talk over me, but Mr. Herran always listens to my concerns and never rushes any of our conversations. He is humble about showing off his knowledge but aggressive when defending my position and his experience allows him to accurately anticipate the objections the judges have raised. I will continue to use him and would recommend him.

All I wanted was a simple letter addressed from an attorney to my HOA .I placed numerous phone calls, emails and letters. I receive a short phone after a month promising me a draft on a deadline he set, it never happened.

Go elsewhere and be happy.

My husband and I gave him part of our payment to work on his DACA case which never got done We lost a thousand dollars. Had to go to a different lawyer Herrán said he would pay us back And has blocked me from calling Has never responded to our emails. I’m still waiting for him to contact us about our refund he agreed he owed us. I don’t recommend this law office Extremely disappointing that someone would care so less about clients and take their hard working money
