Don't waste your time especially if your case may require more attention. They are not supportive at all, it's been 7 months, the med clerk asked for the same documents every month for 5 months ( documents given within the 1st month), you send emails, when you call, they act as if you haven't emailed them, then when you ask how it is that they are not getting emails for an email they provided, magically the emails appears ,needs to be reviewed by the lawyer, but that's a catch 22- because the review disappears into the abyss-all you hear is crickets. In addition, your suppose to be a mind reader and know that something additional is needed/missing. This has been the 2nd worst experience with a "TV Law Firm "(I thought Carabin Shaw was bad) but Herrman & Herrman in my current experience is taking the whole cake, because again I am the lawyer-they are the administrative assistance- cavate -they expect their clients to read minds and they will give you attitude that you have not mastered mind reading Edit: Thank you for your response, I just want to be clear that Janine the Med Clerk is in desperate need of customer service training.
