Herrmann Law Group has been helpful to several of my family members over the past few years. First thing I will say is I have unfortunately been in two car accidents since March. They had no problem taking the first accident, and they even knew that it was in a parking lot. When they couldn't figure out what to do my attorney started saying stuff like "well, I wasn't even supposed to take this because it was a parking lot case" and then eventually dropped that case. I would ask him if he called my witnesses and he'd say "yeah I called them, but they didn't call me back. I'm not that worried about it". Why wouldn't my lawyer want to talk to my three witnesses? I found out recently he never even talked to them. He just heard that FedEx had some video and he gave up. Is this even legal? I know it's not ethical..... Also, it's funny because I read these reviews and people are saying that they got their settlement within weeks. Here I am 4 months later and I'm being told that it's not going to be here for another year. I lost my car my job my income and everything due to two car accidents that weren't even my fault, and I'm about to be homeless because of it. I got hit by a FedEx truck, and they say they're not at fault so my lawyer is not going after them. I thought I came to these people for protection, but all I'm getting is the runaround.

Auto accident in 2004. Didn't get pay out until 2009 but that is what it is and they took care of us and kept us informed Through out the process.
