Would definitely work with Mr. Pertzer and his team again if ever necessary again, hopefully it isn't, but definitely our first choice. They dealt with an extremely difficult client with patience and communicated with us every step of the process and his court case. Any other attorney would have quit, they kept showing up and proved his innocence. Will never be able to thank them enough.
Starting from the kind staff and moving into a kind attorney, you don’t find that very often. Lance is professional, savvy and reliable. There is nowhere else you should look for counsel, we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Lance!!!!
One of the best law firms I have ever been represented by. I have used Hester Law Group for multiple situations dating back over a decade and they've never let me down. There were times the outlook was grim, the prosecution was adamant and these guys postured themselves and defended justice with ease. I have never been disappointed with our final resolution and more times than not have received an outcome far greater than one would think possible. When looking for a solid attorney look no further, Lance Hester is a solid man and outstanding attorney.
Emailed a few times, maybe 3 times, in regard to a refund on the remainder of a payment I made for services not received. I was not rude in any of them but firm on wanting the refund and inquiring when that would be. Lance called me with reasons why I “disregarded” the agreement I signed. I said I want to know if I will be receiving a refund or not from the firm, otherwise, I would do my part on recovering the remainder of funds. He then states, “I guess this ends our working relationship, idk who else you’ll complain to” I’m not sure why Lance felt comfortable enough to speak to me in this manner but I don’t appreciate it and I would advise against hiring someone who is rude for no apparent reason. Do better, be kinder.
Just don't.
Professional, friendly and you leave with confidence!
Thanks God that i have to work on my restraining order with Mr. Brett Purtzer.I was the responder.Mr. Purtzer was very interested on my case and on the first phone call i knew that i should wotk with him.He did very good job in proving my inocence in this case against my wife and her lawyer. Our comunication was great, emails and phone calls, everyhting was just perfect.I highly recomend him.
Wayne Fricke..Hester Law group was professional and well-informed. I Recommend his experience in your corner. Feel confident he has your back.

8/4/21 To the business owner: With all do respect, No where in the review or on the phone call did we ask you to take the case, we INQUIRED about what kind of representation would look like for my spouse's case. You did not listen to my wife's explanation because you kept interrupting her throughout the conversation, I was right there listening to it. And you're correct, we didn't discuss money, but like I said, this kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is unacceptable. I can only imagine what would happen to me if I kept interrupting patients when they were telling me their concerns/issues while looking for assistance. 8/3/21 I’d give 0 stars if I could. We were just inquiring about My spouse’s case and after reading the documents Wayne Friske assumed she was guilty. He was rude, condescending, short, and basically said she was guilty. He would ask for explanations and then cut my Wife off in the middle of her explaining and then basically accuse her of it while she was explaining the circumstances of the situation. I’m just glad that he showed who he truly was in the beginning instead of taking our money and then screwing us in the end. I don’t expect lawyers to have feelings but I do expect some level of customer service, especially for the price they’re asking.
I am sorry the Harris family feels the way they do. I have no idea whether this person is guilty or not. What I do know is that I indicated to her that she had a tough case when her then defense attorney, the prosecutor and judge, as well as other witnesses on her case were all individuals who were going to testify against her in a case involving allegations of forgery. The charges stem from her plea of guilty in an earlier case and allegedly forged court documents that indicated that her conviction was vacated, when in fact she had pleaded guilty. The forged documents were then submitted to another agency. This is her second case, and she currently has an attorney. I listened to her explanations and pointed out the weaknesses in her statements.

Finally, I never asked the Harris family if they wanted me to take the case. I did not ask for money, nor did we discuss money. So, I am not sure why they indicate that they were glad for not hiring me and then screwing them in the end. I was basically telling them it was not worth hiring another lawyer and spending the money and I certainly did not encourage them to hire me.
Best criminal law firm around. Monte Hester is a true legend in Pierce County.
