This place is VERY unprofessional. The office staff who answers the phones are rude, belittling, and just plain hateful. Not to mention its 2025 set up an online payment system don't be cheap. Makes people send a stamp to get a receipt back otherwise no way to know where you stand. MAKE AN ONLINE SYSTEM

They request documents but aren’t specific and when trying to contact them they refuse to call back. Absolutely ridiculous and rude and unprofessional

We settled a bill for my husband. They couldn’t take a payment over the phone which seems odd. This is 2024 you should be able to do so. They received our payment through the mail in 2 days but a week and half later we are STILL waiting to receive the letter to file with the courts which in my opinion is ridiculous!

Everytime I call over the phone, whoever the receptionist is, is very rude. They are very outdated, I’m surprised they get chosen for any cases at all esp with the service 🤢

Why say you open at 8am if no one's there to open the doors or answer phones 🙄🤬

Beware of this company, they work with car insurance scammers! Got scammed....I Have my proof but they proceed to defend the scammers. Sad world we live in.

They don't return calls. Admin staff is pretty inept. Everyone seems to be in over their heads. Please consider going elsewhere.

This office is filled with vultures that prey on the poor and uninsured. Willing to ruin someones life over $35

We have dealt with Heuer Law for past due bills twice now. This last time the bill wasn’t even mine but it was put in my name and I got sued for it. Then I paid it completely off and it shows that I never paid it still 2yrs later

Drove to pay a ridiculous charge in cash and was met with a locked door during supposed business hours. Not allowed to email or leave a voicemail. When I called, the message simply stated "Heuer Law Office is now closed."
