Do not use Kevin Hickey. I paid him $2,500. I still had over $1,100 left and he does not return your unused funds. He did not meet with me at all after the first meeting when I retained him. No preparation for mediation whatsoever. I had to contact his office the morning of mediation trying to find out the details for zoom. I got the distinct impression that they had completely forgotten about it. After the zoom mediation was over, I asked about the unused funds and found out that I would not receive any money back. He said he would work me up a credit even though that is not their policy. But as you can guess when I called back later I was told that I had no credit and the person that answers his phone said she knows nothing about it. I plan to file a formal grievance against him.
