I had a case that was dismissed and the court did not take some of the verbiage out and I had to get an expungement Higbee & associates took my case they were on top of it of course the court took a while and I’m sure that if Higbee & Associates had not taken my case it would have been longer I didn’t even have to show up to court because they had my back I highly recommend Higbee & Associates they even have a client portal and an app so you can see what is going on with your case and you can pay through both portal and app they are also very kind and professional and polite

A bit more money than I had expected to pay nevertheless it was worth it. they’re straight forward and good at what they do. Make sure to read the contract thoroughly before signing it. Overall very Thankful for Higbee and associates team who helped me to have my record expunged and give me a new chance at a career a clean reputation and a fresh start.

Higbee and Associates is an exceptional law firm to work with! There were some negative reviews and I was hesitant to reach out. However, I did submit a request asking for additional information. Mr. Gonzalez was in contact with me within five minutes of my initial request for information. After explaining their process, I was completely confident in hiring them! He was very honest and said it would take about five months to get my case completed, and that turned out to be fact. They provided an immediate portal for me and it was very simple to upload all documentation that I had. It is very important to note as they are working through their process they keep the portal updated so you know exactly what’s going on. Come to find out my case had already been handled many years ago I just did not have proof of the documentation. Brittney Winder reached out to me via email a few days ago to inform me of this information and emailed me the documentation proof. To my surprise, she also educated me I was due a refund that was more than half of what I originally paid! She was exceptionally kind, patient, and diligent to work with me navigating that process! Today I spoke to a Mr. Jose Gonzalez at Higbee. After speaking to several other people at other law firms today, what a relief it was finally to get a person who 1) acted like he cared about me and 2) was intelligent and could understand me. Fast and easy to get started
