My dad found this law firm as I was dealing with work related issues. I was unsure as I’ve never dealt with anything like it before. Can't properly put into words how wonderful Stuart is! From the very beginning he has been the most amazing person throughout the entire process. The staff is very nice. They are very willing to listen to your request for support, but, just like the majority of Iowa based law firms, they are very limited in scope as to their capabilities. I believe they’re going to be very good at supporting Iowa local personages and businesses.

I called asking for representation that I would need in two weeks time. The office took all of my information and asked several questions about my case. I never received a call back and when I reached back out to follow up, I was told, "We dropped the ball on this". I was also told that Stuart received my information and forwarded it to his associate to follow up with me. His associate did not follow up. I was then unable to secure representation in time for my hearing.

Higgins law firm took my case when no one else did! He was amazing, diligent, hard working, never gave up (even when things didn't look good); he kept me updated all the way and was HONEST with me. When I first called, Candace answered the phone and was so thoughtful, kind and she listened to me. I can't say enough good things about this firm and I would definitely recommend him 100%!!
