When I reached out to the law firm I was dealing with things I had never faced before, none of it was easy and the right answers were rarely clear to me. However when I contacted our attorney, she showed immense compassion and understanding towards our situation, and was able to provide a pathway to deal with the obstacles we faced from the wreck. She truly cared, and her and her entire team were eager to help. Besides showing an interest they were very knowledgeable about the process, and were able to help me feel comfortable with what we needed to do. Over the course of the next year and half that the firm represented us, there was never a time that my questions weren't answered to my understanding, or a time where they didn't respond back to me.
