I have been a client of Elaine Ashley’s since 2020. She has represented me on 3 different occasions. I got my papers in the mail that the dad was filing for full custody, my heart sank. It was in North Carolina where I lived for 4 years. I had just moved back to Virginia in 2019, starting a new job, suffering postpartum with a 1yo child, and being scared to death of the father.
