Wasn’t helpful for me at all, basically wasted time and lost money paying for “his” services.

We had an unnecessarily complex case involving a breach of the terms of our purchase agreement, bill of sale and occupancy agreement we needed legal assistance to reach a favorable result. We hired TJ to represent us as plantifs. The communication was excellent. The case outcome was better than expected. We highly recommend TJ for representation in real estate legal proceedings.

Lots of firms say you are not a number, or that YOU matter. They understand the imporatance of that but fail to deliver due to their mega-size. Hilliard delivers--small enough to be personal yet skilled enough to represent well. Five stars.

Did a great job and I had a great outcome, better than I imagined. Was very efficient and made it stress free for myself.

Was not transparent about sending receiving demand letters or responses from the opposing attorney. If this happens to you and he doesn’t want to resolve it, immediately consult a real lawyer and report this type of behavior to the State Bar of Georgia and also take action if legal malpractice is found. TJ I wish you the best and hope to hear back from you as it’s been a month and no status update of your demand letters after asking. I have a newborn child, caregiving for my Mom in a different state who suffered a stroke, and was illegally kicked out of my residence of 3 years with no valid reason and 100% landlord misconduct. I will update this review if he ever decides to reply. This is a real review based on facts and not slander or else I wouldn’t even consider posting a review. Just don’t want anyone else to think they are forced to just deal with it when an attorney doesn’t do their job. I believe this is the first one star review I have ever left and I have 11K review views….
